COURT CASE

BOTH SIDES OF THE COURT CASE ARGUMENT...

The court will be allowing all of the 26state level challenge to the patient protection and affordable care act into consideration including a common well argued case against the mandate from Florida that strikes down the entire healthy care reform law.
RULING...

The clerk maintains the courts records and would not permit any of them to be removed from the courts building except as authorized by the court. Any of the documents filed with the clerk and made a part of the courts records may not be withdrawn from the official court files.
MY OPINION...

My opinion,in my opinion i think that the clerk should maintain the courts records because it would be more faster. Also the court should allow all of the 26 state level challenge to the patients. This is my opinion about the court case.

THE THIRD AMENDMENT

Amendment 3

No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any home without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law. The united states constitution is a part of the united states bill of rights. Then three quarters of states ratified this as well as a other amendment.

Why was it created?

Amendment 3 was created because the united states constitution is a part of the united states bill of rights. It was introduced on September 5, 1789. Three quarters of the states ratified this as well as nine other amendments on December 15, 1791.  It prohibits, in peacetime or wartime the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owners consent.

The history of the 3rd amendment

Americans experience with the quartering of troops in their homes began shortly after the french and indian's war that ended in 7163. Then british parliament felt it would be safe to keep a permenent supply of troops to protect them from further uprising of the french and indian's.

Then  quartering act required that the citizens who owned properties must pay for food for the troops and that the citizens would not be compensated for the use of their property.  As the result of this experience with having their privaten properties used by the government without their permission the founding fathers wanted to guarentee that they would be protected from this abuse in the future.

James Madison proposed a listn of twenty amendments to the first congress in a June 8, 1789 speech. After debating the congress sent twelve of them to the states for their consideration and ten of them were agreed upon by the state including the 3rd amendment.  On December 15, 1791 the 3rd amendment finally became a law and it is known as the bill of rights.

What the 3rd amendment means to me

In my opinion, I am happy that the 3rd amendment became a law because I could never imagine owning my own property and having the government invade my privacy by telling me who to let stay with me and also who to feed with my own money especially the way the economy is in hawaii.
